No Satisfaction Here
NO SATISFACTION HERE

NO SATISFACTION HERE

I open up the drapes
And watch you walk away
The final scene
But there’s no sound

The rain is pounding off the pavement
Your cab waits
You drive away
Won’t turn around

Oh, no, no, no I don’t know who’s in charge
But this plot’s going down in flames
Oh yeah, well they all said we would go far
And so I really must complain
No satisfaction here
No satisfaction here

I open up the drapes
And look out on the day
And it might seem
So bright and blue

But all I see is that rain
Bouncing off the cab
As it drove off
And there went you

Oh, no, no, no I don’t know who’s in charge
But this plot’s going down in flames
Oh yeah, well they all said we would go far
And so I really must complain
No satisfaction here

Sunday mornings tempt me, the need to fill this empty
I think you’d be at home, they say you’re still alone
I hold my phone and wonder, would it just throw us under
The wheels of broken love again

Oh, no, no, no I don’t know who’s in charge
But this plot’s going down in flames
Oh yeah, well they all said we would go far
And so I really must complain
No satisfaction here
No satisfaction here
No satisfaction here
